In her exhibition, “Tides: A Prelude,” artist Arica Hilton makes an environmental statement about plastics in the ocean. She uses recycled bits of plastic to create her abstract and impressionistic-style oils and acrylics. “Tides: A Prelude,” can be viewed online through a special video showing through at least Jan. 30.
